DAY SCHOOL DIRECTOR – March 18, 2024
The St. Andrew’s Day School is seeking a director for the 2024-2025 school year.
The Day School Director furthers Christ’s Kingdom by managing all aspects of the St. Andrew’s Day School.
This includes:
- customer relations
- human resources
- financial systems (including tuition, payroll, and budget)
- recordkeeping (including child, staff, and health and safety records)
- quality control
- facility management
Applicants must:
- be at least 21 years of age.
- have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- have experience in administration, supervision, or management of an early childhood or school-age educational program.
- meet one or more of the state-required combinations of education and experience.
A bachelor’s degree with 12 college credits in child development and 6 college credits in management is preferred.
Salary range depends on qualifications and experience and is $25,000-$32,000, plus benefits.
