March 6 begins our Churchwide Lenten Study using Adam Hamilton’s, The Walk: Five Essential Practices of the Christian Life. This six-week study will explore habits which strengthen our walk with Christ. There are a variety of discussion groups to pick from as we take this journey together.
9:15 – 10:15 am

SMALL GROUPS are “big” at St. Andrew’s. Many of our adult members are active in a small group to experience deep personal Christian fellowship, support and care for one another. These groups grow in faith, do ministry together, explore and develop their spiritual gifts, build relationships.
Are you are feeling called to START YOUR OWN SMALL GROUP OR MINISTRY? Forming a small group or ministry doesn’t have to be “top down.”
Do you have an idea for a small group, or a Bible study, or a ministry in the community or within the church?
Many of our current adult Sunday School classes, ministries, and small groups have started because someone like you had an idea, found a few others who shared the idea and got started.
What is the Holy Spirit leading you to do? – A group that goes bicycling or kayaking, a group to go to Cuba on a mission trip, a group to go to a Montreat Worship Conference, a new ministry with neighbors in need? Teach English as a second language class? A contemporary worship band, a Southeast Texas State Fair booth, a grief support group, …???
Take the initiative, provide the leadership, and cast the vision…
Current Small Groups
SATURDAY BREAKFAST GROUP: Meet us at Cracker Barrel for breakfast every Saturday morning at 10:30 am for good food and great fellowship. All are welcome! Contact Pat Caywood for more information.

St. Andrew’s Bible Studies are open to everyone who wants to know and understand more about Scripture. Visitors are always welcome, you don’t have to be a church member to come. We learn to understand His Word by using six different methods, we: 1) hear it 2) read it 3) study it 4) meditate on it 5) memorize it and 6) apply it.
